In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 366bet may withhold account balances pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not connected to any fraudulent activity will be returned to the payment method used, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
